As a member of the Multi-Disciplinary Team, the post holder will provide clinical assessment and diagnosis to patients' requirements and make timely decisions regarding future management. They will also provide a highly specialist resource to other healthcare staff, patients and carers and have active involvement in Clinical Governance/ Effectiveness activities.
Successful candidates must have full GMC registration, be on the GP Register and be included on a PCT Medical Performers list.

My client is responsible for providing a new GP Practice and Walk In Centre in an existing health centre on Everton Road, Liverpool. In addition to this they provide services to support 3 local practices which help them achieve their extended opening hours and to raise their clinical standards.
The range of services include; a new GP surgery, working to extended opening hours, providing Essential, Additional and Enhanced Services. A particular emphasis on identifying and supporting patients in hard to reach groups, a Walk In Service for non-registered patients, designed to reduce hospital attendances, a local support service to bring up the standards in 3 local practices, access to services at the Everton Road Health Centre 7 days a week, 12 hours a day.
Remuneration package is very competitive, and can be fully discussed at interview together with details of superannuation, CPD, annual leave and other benefits and entitlements. Salary is commensurate to experience with a basic starting salary to £75k pro-rata.
