As Staff Nurse, you will assist the charge nurse and deputy Manager with any duties as required. These duties will include the supervisory management of all support and ancillary staff&; implementing nursing standards, ensuring that all National Minimum Standards are strictly adhered to; assisting with patient assessments to determine their individual needs in order to accurately formulate a Personal Care Plan; administration of medication, and ensuring that all patients participate in as wide range of activities of their choice as possible.
