Eclypse Recruitment is searching for a Senior Support Worker with experience working with adults with the Elderly with Dementia to become a Unit Manager and join a fantastic and friendly care home in Leicestershire, East Midlands

This registered care home in Shepshed, Leicestershire is committed to providing care and support to the elderly with dementia and general needs. The home has been brightly decorated and has been purposely built to accommodate and assist the needs of the residents.

The ideal candidate will be a Senior Support Worker / Unit Manager that will possess or be willing to work towards S/NVQ3 in health and social care. You will have strong knowledge and experience working with the elderly with dementia and you will have the ability to adapt to certain situations regarding the clients. Your responsibility as the Unit Manager will be to assist the management of the service unit and take the lead in supporting the clients to maximise their potential on a daily basis both within the service unit and the community.
