One of the main requirements for the post are excellent clinical and organisational skills combined with good communication and inter-personal skills.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a desire to improve on their existing skill base and be able to add value to the department.

The successful candidate should also have competencies in other specialties which include complex urology, gynaecology and general surgery.
