You'll be used to the team at Hays Healthcare bringing you exciting new opportunities and true to form - here is another fantastic opportunity. We have taken on a new client recently, who are looking for 4 RMO's or Resident Medical Officers with a special interest in Psychiatry to build a full time team at a 42 bed Private Hospital is an absolutely stunning location in Wiltshire. They are hoping that the team will be in place at the latest by April this year, so their focus is on recruiting the right team very efficiently which will affect the way the hospital is run in a big way.
The Hospital is a specialist neurological rehabilitation centre with a hospital, ten supported living bungalows, six homes and a day-care centre, based on a single campus of nearly eight acres on the outskirts of Salisbury in Wiltshire. It caters for patients with acquired brain/traumatic injuries and other neurological conditions who need rehabilitation as a result of physical, cognitive and behavioural conditions, as well as providing complex care to patients who require specialist nursing and medical care in a high dependency setting.
What you’ll need: Full GMC with valid licence to practice and as it is working in the private sector, you can not have any APS or Approved Practice Setting restrictions on your GMC. They are looking you recruit fairly quickly, so you’ll need to be able to attend face to face interview in the next week or two and start by the beginning of April if you are successful. As the unit is about five miles from the city centre and public transport is not great in the area, then you’ll need a vehicle.
