NURSING HOME MANAGER NORFOLK - £45K

RGN Nursing Home Manager - WANTED URGENTLY!! Excellent base salary NORFOLK – DON’T MISS OUT!

Our client based in Watton, Norfolk urgently required for a NEW BUILD NURSING HOME IN NORFOLK. The new home is part of an excellent organisation with a reputation to be proud of. They are looking for an experienced and competent. Home Manager who has a Nursing Qualification to recruit a full team and help to OPEN AND COMMISSION this new building elderly nursing home in Norfolk, East Anglia.

As Home Manager you will have experience operating in a leadership / management role in healthcare and be familiar with the nursing home sector. A detailed knowledge of the statutory requirements associated with care for the elderly is essential and you should also be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the key business activities associated with a nursing home.

You must be:-

RGN OR RMN
And ideally have you LMA or RMA
A minimum of 4 years home management experience would be ideal

This position would be an ideal opportunity for a manager who is looking for a new challenge!
