Lung Function Technician

Our client, a well known NHS hospital in based in East London, is currently looking for a locum Lung Function Technician / Clinical Respiratory Physiologist to work in an ongoing contract within their Cardiology Unit.

The successful Lung Function Technician should have substantial experience performing diagnostic tests, spirometry tests, sleep studies with CPAP.
The role of Lung Function Technician will include, checking the equipment and running quality control tests to ensure accurate results, adhering to hospitals policies and protocols, providing a high quality patient service at all times. Good communication, motivational skills and enthusiasm is essential.

Working as dynamic team member, the Lung function technician will have excellent hospital and patient experience, BSc in Clinical Physiology or equivalent and a professional qualification would be a great advantage.
