NURSING HOME MANAGER –NEW ROLE, EXCITING OPPORTUNITYIN KENT !!
Eclypse Recruitment is currently looking for a highly experienced Nursing Home Manager for a well established home in MAidstone,Kent . This home provides Nursing & Social Care for frail elderly and mentally infirm. The home is part of a leading independent healthcare provider so the potential for career development is excellent for the right candidate and continuous support and development is provided.

We are looking for an experienced Home Manager who is a Registered Nurse (this can be either General Nursing or Mental Health Nursing Qualification. The Home Manager must be a Registered Nurse who has previous nursing home management experience working in a similar sized Nursing Home. They are looking for someone who is highly motivated with extensive experience in care Home Management, offering services to clients who have dementia challenging behaviour and the Elderly frail.

This is a new home so they want someone who is experienced in :-
• Marketing the Home
• Budgets
• Staff Recruitment and Supervision
• Building positive relationships with CQC, Local GP’s, Local community and relatives
• Meetings


The home is a large nursing home so ideally due to the size of the home we are looking for someone who already has their LMA or RMA (Management Award) and has previous experience of working with CSCI / CQC!
The home is situated in Kent. .

The home is for elderly frail residents and mentally infirmed residents so a genuine commitment to care of the elderly is essential!!!!

Salary is circa £45000 + an achievable bonus scheme and after probation a Pension and Healthcare scheme are available.
