Based in North West London, you'll be in easy reach of central London, Middlesex and parts of the home counties. You will lead a busy department in a high quality acute hospital as part of the largest UK independent provider of healthcare.

As a Nurse Team Manager you will manage the nursing team and ensure the day-to-day running of the unit. You will use your specialist critical care experience to a lead and develop new initiatives to improve the service.

To be considered for this job you should be a Registered Nurse with an Adult Critical Care Course qualification and experience of senior critical care role.

In this Intensive Care job further responsibilities will include:

- Provide holistic, knowledgeable, accomplished nursing care to critically ill patients using a multi-professional approach.
- Attend Unit staff meetings and liaise with other Departments within the hospital
