The day to day activities of the successful RMN / RGN Deputy Home Manager will include, but will not be limited to:-

Doing the weekly Rotas
Client admissions
Medication monitoring and administration
Client assessments
Staff management and supervisions
Complaints management
Acting as Home Manager in their absence

Head of Care – Registered Nurse– Romford, Essex - £30k Salary

Eclypse Recruitment is searching for a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in a leadership role, to fulfil a Head of Care position we’re currently recruiting for on behalf of our client based home in Romford, Essex.

This modern nursing home in Romford, Essex provides nursing, residential and social care to the elderly frailty and those with dementia. This lovely nursing home prides themselves on their excellent reputation and high standards of care to their current residents.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered General Nurse (RGN / RMN) with strong leadership and staff management skills. As the head of care you will be responsible for the smooth running of the unit. Previous unit management experience is advantageous. As a motivated team leader, you will be willing to learn and have the ability to lead and direct your colleagues while maintaining the day to day running of the unit.

Staff Nurses Required – Nursing Home - Basildon, Essex - £12 p/hr

Eclypse Recruitment is searching for a Staff Nurses / Registered General Nurses with experience in similar role, to fulfil a new position within purpose built nursing home in Basildon, Essex.

This modern nursing home in Basildon, Essex provides nursing, residential and social care to the elderly frailty and those with dementia. This large 68 bed nursing home prides themselves on their good reputation with the CQC and high standards of care to their current residents along with a family like atmosphere within the current working team.

The ideal candidate will be a nurse with previous experience in a similar role who enjoys working as part of a like minded team . As the homes RGN you will be responsible for the ongoing care of residents within an elderly unit. As a motivated team member, you will be willing to learn and have the ability to maintain the homes excellent reputation .

Full training is given to allow our Registered Medical Practitioners to become specialists in the field of Disability Assessment.

Some doctors may wish to progress to obtaining the Diploma of Disability Assessment Medicine (DDAM), approved by the Faculty of Occupational Medicine.

a medical practitioner who has, since full GMC registration, consolidated their clinical skills with a minimum of 3 years’ post registration general medical experience: a background including rehabilitation medicine, disability assessment or psychiatry would be an added advantage
full unconditional registration with the General Medical Council
