General Manager

A General Manager is required for our medium sized Care Home in Hertfordshire. The Care Home offers luxury apartments for independent living and the main house for first-class 24-hour nursing care. Alongside this, they provide expert care in their Memory Lane Community for people living with a dementia As a Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day- to-day running of the home; preparing care plans and ensuring each resident receives care appropriate to their individual needs. You will need to ensure the quality of service meets the national minimum standards, CSCI Standards, as well as following my client’s internal policies and procedures. In addition to this you will be required to undertake staff reviews and to help encourage staff members to provide person-centred care within the home.
