Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Domiciliary Care Manager in Newcastle
Full Time – 40 hours/week
Salary depending on experience
and company bonus scheme + expenses/mileage)
Working to deliver services to individuals and their families living with
the consequences of Neurological Conditions & Brain Injury
Job Description

Role briefly involves:
Working closely with Service Users and their families
Co-ordinating the staff involved in delivering support packages
Attending reviews and developing intervention plans
Co-ordination of support rotas
Overseeing quality of support, rehabilitation, target setting & delivery
Working closely with the Directors as team support
Ensuring new service provision is assessed, implemented & moves into long term operations
Maintaining confidentiality at all times

Person Specification

Required
Care Services Delivery background & associated management experience
At least 3 years relevant experience
A comprehensive understanding of domiciliary care
Knowledge of brain injury / neurological conditions preferred
Good Communication skills
Using your own initiative and having a positive problem solving attitude
A demonstratable Positive Leadership approach
