Deputy Manager

A Care Come in North London, is currently seeking an RGN trained Deputy Manager to assist our General Manager in the planning, directing and delivery of high quality person centred care.

The successful candidate must have a passion for clinical excellence with the ability to lead and motivate a team. With a sound understanding of the Care Standards, you will deputise in the absence of the General Manager and will strive for continuous improvement in the service delivered.
