We are currently looking to recruit new Continuing Healthcare Workers throughout the Alton and surrounding areas, to provide hospital equivalent care to service users living in their own homes. You may be required to provide personal and domestic support, with duties including medication administration, enteral nutrition, catheter management and the facilitating of home ventilation, depending on the service users requirements. Experience and own transport is preferred. We have various flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle, including mornings, daytimes, evenings, nights, weekends, Live-in and short visits.
