We are currently looking for a Clinical Support Workers. This particular package is a community based role working with patients with critical care needs. You’ll plan client centred care according to their needs including aspects of health promotion. You’ll respect our client’s dignity, wishes and beliefs and involve them in decisions to care being undertaken.
Specific Skills
- To work as part of a team caring for patients & their family with complex needs within the community
- Previous experience within a similar environment is desirable but not essential as we will provide you with excellent training and development
- Ability to communicate with client, client’s family and a range of health and care professional
- You must be prepared to visit patients in their own homes, Flexibility a must. Car owner drivers essential
- Accuracy and attention to details
- GCSE’s or equivalent
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for ensuring that you work effectively with your team and customers
- You’ll ensure that you deliver a quality and effective service, empathising with patients and respecting their dignity
- Prioritise requirements of role and ensure that requirements are met each shift
