We are currently looking for a full-time musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience and at least 3 years in an OPD or musculoskeletal environment to join our friendly multidisciplinary team in Reading.
 
You must have excellent manual skills, a strong commitment to evidence-based, high quality client care, and essentially, senior postgraduate musculoskeletal experience. We treat a range of NHS and private clients with a varying MSK conditions, from post operative to chronic pain and sports injuries.
 
Ideally you will have had experience of relevant postgraduate study, private sector experience and have clinical expertise within outpatients, orthopaedics, spinal & sports injuries, neuro-musculoskeletal conditions or occupational health. It would also be advantageous to be Bupa or AXAPPP recognised and have experience of submitting clinical audits and reports.
 
We firmly support and encourage CPD with in-house training and monthly multi-disciplinary clinical team meetings, twice yearly clinical appraisals and an annual performance management meeting with financial support for external courses.
 
You must have full and current HPC registration in addition to being registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and all candidates are subject to enhanced CRB checks.

This job is based in a large acute hospital NHS trust. They provide a full range of general hospital services to around 500,000 people living in the south of west Kent and parts of north east Sussex.  They are at the forefront of developments in minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery in the NHS and they are increasing the range of other highly specialised services available locally to patients. 
 
They are looking for a part time Band 6 Occupational Therapist (15 hours per week) across 3 rotations.  The rotations include medical, surgical and orthopaedic wards. You will job share working alongside another part time Senior Occupational therapist who is already in post.
 
You will be part of an integrated Therapy Service delivered across three separate sites within the Trust.  You will require a commitment to multi disciplinary working, a proactive approach to personal and professional development and well-developed organisational skills.
 
You must be HPC registered and have previous experience of work within the NHS.  Appointment to this post will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal Records Bureau Check.
