Eclypse Recruitment is searching for numerous RGNs for an Adult Unit in Bury, Greater Manchester. The Unit deals with Neuro-Disability, challenging behaviour, eating disorders and physical and emotional issues in residents ranging between 18 and 65. The patients residing in this service see their time here like a home for life.
This unit is 15 beds although it oversees a 5 bedded transitional unit. People stay in here to re-integrate into the community, using sub acute rehabilitation, physiotherapy, psychotherapy and speech and language therapy techniques.
To secure this role you must be a confident practitioner, team player and be able to hold your own and work autonomously. The ability to show initiative and work well under pressure will be essential in this role as they may be times when you are the only nurse on shift. The candidate will receive a strong network of support from the carers who are educated and trained to a high level taking the strain off the Nursing Staff.
As the successful candidate, you will be experienced in working with this client group and be able to demonstrate your abilities as a leader and confidence as a nurse. Your passion and dedication for working with these patients and in this environment will be paramount.

The position is Full Time, The shifts are long ones, and available for days and/or nights. The role is well paid and interviews will be held immediately for the right candidates.
