You will be working in a busy Cardiac department, mainly within the Cath Lab assisting a wide range of invasive and non invasive procedures, experience working in this environment is essential for this role.

The successful RGN Nurse will be confident and efficient with experience in scrubbing and circulating in all Labs, providing a high standard of patient care as a skilled member of the CCL team in specific area of work. You will also assist with teaching nursing and non nursing staff and to encourage their professional development as well as your own.

Senior Staff Nurse

World Class Private Hospital based in London requires a Senior Staff Nurse for a permanent role working within their Cardiology / Medical Unit.

My client are currently seeking a senior staff nurse within there world class private hospital based in London. This excellent opportunity offers a competitive salary with a bonus scheme in place!

Senior Staff Nurse will be responsible for allocated patient caseload and managing patient priority as appropriate, should be confident to take charge of the unit in the absence of the Sister and encourage and support less experienced staff. An exciting opportunity has arisen in a world renowned hospital in Central London, for an enthusiastic and motivated Cardiothoracic Nurse. The Role is that of MANAGER for a 34 bedded ward providing care for pre and post-op cardiothoracic patients. The salary offered for this position is £35,747 - £45,353 pa plus HCAS (inner), pay band 7.

The successful candidate will have proven clinical and people management experience at a Senior Staff Nurse level within cardiothoracics and a strong desire to maintain a high standard of patient care within this demanding clinical area. They will be working closely with the Senior Nurse/Clinical Services Manager, Modern Matron and the Ward Managers of the other 4 wards in the Division.

The post holder will be responsible for leading a large team of staff and ensure that they and their staff work as a team to deliver a cohesive and effective clinical environment for patients, relatives and for staff.
