Assistant Director of Clinical Services sought to take responsibility for ensuring the delivery of high quality nursing care in a neuro-disability setting.
Your role will be to line manage the Clinical Nurse Managers, to develop robust monitoring systems, to develop systems that encourage staff to reflect on best practice, to continuously monitor risk, and work across care sectors in partnership with other professionals.
Applicants for this post must be RN qualified, have worked in a senior managerial role and have substantial clinical experience in complex disability.
