Working as a nurse interviewer gives you the opportunity to combine your experience and skills, helping fellow nursing professionals on their path into employment across both NHS and private sectors.
Not just anyone can do this job, you need to be highly motivated, capable of working on your own, managing your own time and always looking for ways to improve and develop your skills. Attention to detail and strong customer service skills are key to this job. It's essential you can adapt and engage with the diverse range of people that you will meet.
