Our client is currently looking to recruit an RGN for a medium sized Nursing Home in Sudbury, Suffolk. The home is part of a larger organisation so the possibility of further training and development are available.

The day to day activities of the successful RGN Deputy Home Manager will include, but will not be limited to:-

Weekly Rotas
Client / Resident admissions
Medication monitoring and administration
Client assessments
Staff management and supervisions
Complaints management
Acting as Home Manager in their absence

This established home is seeking a Deputy Manager that can take the helm and continue the smooth running of the home in the absence of the Home Manager.
