Eclypse recruitment is currently seeking a motivated nurses to work day & night shifts for our long standing client based in Norwich, Norfolk.

Specialising in care for the elderly frail, this lovely nursing home based close to Norwich centre, urgently needs nurses to join the current team and contribute towards the high standards of care provided to the homes current residents.

You will be responsible for supporting the manager to run the home smoothly on a day to day basis and ensuring that the quality levels of the Home are maintained in all areas. Working to strict policies and procedures and living up to the companies expectations.

This would be a great stepping stone for an newly qualified nurse seeking progression in their career, as this position could open other training and development opportunities in the future.

The preferred candidate needs to be motivated and dedicated to working in elderly care and ideally looking to excel in the clinical side of the role, while keeping the residents happy and comfortable.
