My client is recruiting for a Practice Nurse to work on a full time basis at their Walk-in-Centre in Dagenham. The post commences ASAP after successful interview.

You will assist in the delivery of nursing care to patients attending the WiC. The role requires you to function autonomously and within your sphere of competency, whilst being a support and resource to less experienced members of staff. You will be able to assess patients, carry out relevant tests, and arrange follow-up whilst offering advice and information. You will also demonstrate critical thinking skills in clinical decision-making.

The Walk-in-Centre is a clinical facility, which requires in individual to have the ability to work effectively as part of a multi professional team within a fast pace environment, in line with the protocols and policies of the local Service and Care UK

It is essential that you are a 1st level Registered Nurse with current NMC registration, can provide evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and hold a Post registration qualification in autonomous practice or equivalent

We are recruiting for the role of Nurse Practitioner for a recently established Equitable Access Centre in Dagenham. This post is for 37.5 hours and commences ASAP - with interviews being held at the earliest convenience.

To work as part of a team of Nurse Practitioners within the Medical Centre. Establish inter-agency working where necessary to ensure good communication increases quality of care for patients.
Ensure that own clinical practice is consistent with autonomous
