The Role:

Our Client is looking for an experienced manager to oversee 3 Nursing Homes in West Wales.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that High Care standards are adhered to throughout the 3 Homes and liaising with the Home Managers and Nurses and reporting back to the Director.
The 3 Homes are medium sized – a 40 bed, 50 bed and 60 bed and are all within the same locality.
This is a new and exclusive job role, a brilliant opportunity for the right candidate!

The Candidate:

Our Client requires a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with Management award equivalent to NVQ 4 and is looking for someone with previous management experience, preferably within a similar role.
The candidate should be responsible and dedicated to ensuring the Home Managers and staff are working to the best of their ability.

The Salary:

Our Client is looking to pay a salary of £40,000 plus performance related bonuses!
The hours of work are flexible as you will be arranging your own diary to visit each Home.

DEPUTY HOME MANAGER FOR ELDERLY AND LEARNING DISABILITY NURSING HOME IN SWANSEA SOUTH WALES - £15.00 PER HOUR!

Eclypse Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a RGN Deputy Home Manager for a 40 + bedded elderly frail nursing home and learning disability home in Swansea, South Wales.

The home is part of a larger group of nursing and care homes and we are very keen to recruit an experience Deputy Home Manager or a Senior Nurse who is looking for their first deputy home management position.

You will be working as a nurse within the home for two long days a week and then you will work for a day in a Deputy Management capacity carrying the following duties:-

Staff Rotas
Making sure all documentation such as care plans are up top date and being documented correctly
Assisting the home manager with the smooth day to day running of the home
Acting up as home manager in the absence of the manager
