We are currently looking for a Case Manager/Court Officer to work within Nottingham. You will be managing a caseload of children and young people at risk of or subject to statutory supervision by the Youth Offending Team.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience
Assist in the delivery of all services provided by the YOT as appropriate
* To be responsible for undertaking assessments relating to the risk of offending, risk of serious harm by children and young people
* To translate assessments into effective and innovative intervention plans
* To deliver programmes of intervention appropriate to the areas of risks and needs as identified in the assessment process
* To prepare Pre-sentence and other reports to courts
* To communicate both orally and in writing with the courts and other external organisations
* To liaise with a range of external agencies, including schools and the secure estate with a view to the successful re-integration of children and young people into their communities
* To work alongside colleagues in specialist posts to deliver group and individually based programmes of intervention with children, young people and their parents
You must be a car driver/owner and have a current CRB.
