Bupa Home Healthcare is currently working in partnership with Working Links, a public/private/voluntary/partnership company who assist incapacity benefit/employment support allowance claimants to get back to work. You will facilitate health assessments and develop appropriate goal orientated health action plans. You will provide support and mentorship to clients to restore their abilities and enable them to achieve maximum vocational potential.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide rehabilitation mentorship to clients whilst maintaining privacy and dignity
• Promote the health safety and welfare of others
• Prioritise requirements of role and ensure that requirements are met each shift
• Ensure that the boundaries of the role of Rehabilitation Mentor and client/family are maintained

Specific Skills
• Previous experience of mentoring or coaching individuals to achieve their goals
• Rehabilitation experience
• Experience of facilitating group sessions
• Experience of using software packages (word, outlook)
• Experience of teaching or training others 
• Plan and organise work tasks

The role is part time 18 hours per week across 3 days and a car driver is essential.

We are looking for a number of Supervised Contact Workers to work various days and hours in the Milton Keynes area. You will be supervising contacts between children who have been accommodated and there families at various locations. The role will involve observing the interactions between children and their families.
