    * Provide expert clinical opinion on acute and chronic cardiology problemsResponsibility for clinical care of patients and ensure appropriate action is taken on each examination
    * Managing and Reporting on Cardiac diagnostic services including Echocardiography, ECGs, Exercise ECG and Ambulatory Blood Pressure measurement and 24 hour ambulatory ECG’s
    * Ability to assess and manage acute medical problems (many specialist cardiologists are not accredited in general medical problems, do you need medicine or cardiac
    * Responsibility for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of illness (Not clear - what does this mean ie will the write prescriptions, bedside manner etc or just a technical person)
    * Responsibility for the sign off of all cardiology reports

    * Contribute to innovative practices of cardiac procedures and service delivery to patients and the customer

INTERNAL MEDICINE PHYSICIANS

My client is looking for two Internal Medicine Physicians to take up lucrative contracts in private practice in coastal Queensland

The current physicians do not have enough hours in the day and are all in agreement of the need for extra staff, so the new team member will billing from day one. There will be some on call requirements on rotation with the rest of the Internal Physicians.

Ideally you will be FRACP recognised with QLD health registration.

Overseas applicants are also urged to apply, and will need to have a minimum of:

1. Valid IELTS or OET (exempt if from UK, US, Ire, SA) and

2. Specialist registration in your current country of practice

3. Ideally possess: FRCP, MRCP, CCT

A retainer plus fee for service income means first year earning in excess of $500,000. All practice set up and running costs are met by the employer. Help and support for O/S doctors to gain FRACP.
