We are looking for a Community Nurse who will be working closely with the client and their family. This is a critical care package; you will be providing intensive care to a patient in their own home. You’ll plan client centred care according to their needs including aspects of health promotion. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to have previous experience working with Ventilators or Tracheotomy’s or Peg feeds or respiratory care, both routine and emergency. The ideal candidate will be able to make decision and remain calm in emergency situations, whilst providing reassurance to the client and family. You will work as part of a team to ensure you provide a quality and effective service. Various shift patterns, 3 days in 7.
