We are looking for a Community Nurse who will be working closely with the client and their family. This is a critical care package; you will be providing intensive care to a patient in their own home. You’ll plan client centred care according to their needs including aspects of health promotion. You’ll respect our client’s dignity, wishes and beliefs and involve them and their family in decisions to care being undertaken.

 

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to have previous experience working with Ventilators or Tracheotomy’s or Peg feeds or respiratory care, both routine and emergency. The ideal candidate will be able to make decision and remain calm in emergency situations, whilst providing reassurance to the client and family. You will work as part of a team to ensure you provide a quality and effective service. Various shift patterns, 3 days in 7.

Job Summary
 
This is a great opportunity to join our successful business development team. We are looking for an experienced sales professional to manage existing business as well as generating and converting new opportunities. You will facilitate health assessments and develop appropriate goal orientated health action plans. You will provide support and mentorship to clients to restore their abilities and enable them to achieve maximum vocational potential.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide rehabilitation mentorship to clients whilst maintaining privacy and dignity

Bupa Home Healthcare is currently recruiting for an exciting Community Based Nursing role in the South West London area.
 
You will work closely with patients and their families to ensure a high standard of care is delivered by your Nursing team which consists of Community Nurses and Clinical Support Workers. You will plan patient centred care according to their needs. You will also liaise with a wider multidisciplinary team and when required assist with discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition from hospital to home. 
 
We provide a range of IV Therapies in the Community including IV antibiotics, TPN/HPN, and growth hormones. Previous IV, TPN and PICC line experience is essential.
